The documentary came about following discussions between Chris Eyre and I in 2023. I am fortunate that Chris is a friend, a relation, and also a filmmaker. You can see some of his work here Chriseyrefilm. In there you will find his thoughts on this documentary, and this video originally filmed as an intro to our 2025 Gofundme page.
Since then the documentary has been edited down, and had a name change which better reflects its content.
Entry into Film Festivals
Our first entry into a film festival was with FlickerFest , a very popular Sydney festival with over 3600 entries.
To help us to better target film festivals we are now linked up with Festival Formula UK . Their support includes a list of 31 festivals recommended for us to consider entering . We will update the list bellow as we go along.
