A case study on how to create a Whistleblower.

To quote a lawyer friend “it’s disgusting that there a guidelines to protect whistleblowers but they get ignored time an again”

This Journey I have been on since August 2018 is as much about process improvement as it is about holding people accountable for their actions.

Attached in the form of a powerpoint presentation is a simplified explanation of what it took for me to become a whistleblower.

It details how executives (who I name) can create big problems for themselves and their organisation by failing to follow due process and not holding their peers to account when complaints are made about them.

More importantly this is also about the failure to focus on the wellbeing of people who make a complaint.
